من خلال التزامهم السنوي مع OBESSU، سيحصل المتطوع على:
- اكتساب رؤى قيمة بخصوص نشاط طلاب المدارس والمواضيع المتعلقة بنشاط طلاب المدارس، العضوية، الاتصالات والسياسة التعليمية
- الفرصة لتطوير كفاءاتهم ومهاراتهم في مجالات العضوية، الوصول والاتصال
- الفرصة لإحداث تأثير في المجتمع، من خلال الانخراط في الأنشطة والعمليات التي تقوم بها OBESSU ومنظماتها الشريكة مع تركيز خاص على الانتخابات البرلمانية الأوروبية
- الفرصة لتشكيل مسار التعلم الخاص بهم ولتشكيل النهج الاستراتيجي للمنظمة مع القيادة في تبادل متبادل للأفكار
ترتيبات الإقامة والطعام والنقل :
سيتلقى المشارك دعمًا ماليًا بمبلغ أقصاه 1125 يورو شهريًا لتكاليف السكن، التنقل المحلي، الطعام والمصروف الشخصي. ستقوم المنظمة المستضيفة (OBESSU) بدعم المتطوع في إيجاد سكن في بروكسل. ستغطي OBESSU تكاليف السفر من وإلى بروكسل حتى مبلغ 360 يورو، ووفقًا لآلة حساب المسافة الخاصة ببرنامج إيراسموس+. سيتم تغطية التأمين الصحي كجزء من المشروع طوال مدة فترة التطوع، ويجب على المتطوع التأكد من حصوله على بطاقة التأمين الصحي الأوروبية.
التدريب أثناء النشاط :
سيتلقى المتطوع تدريبات مكثفة في مجالات مشروع التطوع، وسيُشجع أيضًا على استكشاف مجالات أخرى تهمه للتطوير الشخصي والمهني لما يصل إلى 10% من وقت التطوع. كما سيُشجعون على تطوير قدراتهم اللغوية من خلال التدريب اللغوي عبر الإنترنت الذي يوفره البرنامج.
الملف التعريفي للمشارك :
- شاب في الفئة العمرية من 18 إلى 30 عامًا
- مهتم بالعيش وتجربة سياق دولي للغاية
- مهتم بالعمل مع ومن أجل الشباب وبشكل أدق طلاب المدارس
- فرد متحمس ومبدع مهتم بتنظيم طلاب المدارس ومشاركة الشباب
- فرد راغب في تطوير مهارات وكفاءات محددة بالقطاع (العضوية، الوصول والسياسة)
- على استعداد للتكيف مع المواقف المختلفة وتطوير مبادراتهم ومشاريعهم الخاصة
ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION

- Gain valuable insights regarding school student activism and topics related to school student activism, membership, communications and educational policy
- Have the opportunity to develop their competencies and skills in the fields of membership, outreach and communication
- Have the opportunity to create an impact on society, by engaging with activities and processes of OBESSU and its partner organisations
- with a special focus on the European Parliament Elections
- Have the opportunity to shape their own learning path and to shape the strategic approach of the organisation together with the leadership in a mutual exchange of ideas
ACCOMMODATION, FOOD AND TRANSPORT ARRANGEMENTS
The participant will receive a financial subsidy of a maximum amount of 1125 EUR per month for the accommodation, local travel costs, food and pocket money. The host organisation (OBESSU) will support the volunteer in finding accommodation in Brussels. Travel costs to and from Brussels will be covered by OBESSU up to the amount of 360 EUR, and in accordance with the Erasmus+ distance calculator. Health insurance will be covered as part of the project for the entire duration of the volunteering period, the volunteer will have to ensure they have a European Health Insurance Card.
TRAINING DURING THE ACTIVITY
The volunteer will receive extensive trainings on the areas of volunteering project, and will also be encouraged to explore other areas of interst for personal and professional development up to 10% of the time of the volunteering. They will also be encouraged to develop their linguistic compenteces through the Online Language training provided by the programme.

- Young person between the ages of 18 - 30
- Interested in living in and experiencing a highly international context
- Interested in working with and for young people and more precisely school students
- Motivated and creative individual interested in school student organizing and youth participation
- An individual willing to develop sector-specific skills and competences (membership, outreach and policy)
