Job Description:

Are you passionate about the world of luxury, diamonds, and delivering unparalleled customer experiences? De Beers Jewellers, the epitome of diamond craftsmanship since 1888, is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our esteemed team as a Brand Ambassador, fluent in Arabic.




Mission: As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales across all categories, cultivating strong client relationships, and acting as an ambassador during the selling ceremony. Your mission includes achieving sales targets and providing the highest standard of service to clients.

Responsibilities:

Sales:

- Introduce the Brand to visitors, sharing the history of De Beers with new clients.

- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products and diamonds, utilizing exceptional selling skills.

- Maintain thorough and accurate client information, nurturing long-term relationships.

- Develop strong negotiation skills to ensure successful sales closures.

Customer Service:

- Act as a constant Ambassador for the Brand, delivering excellent customer service both online and offline.

- Cultivate relationships with clients for maximum engagement.

- Ensure the store atmosphere, displays, and overall merchandising reflect the essence of the Brand.

- Prioritize security within the store at all times.

Teamwork:

- Collaborate and contribute effectively to achieve store sales targets.

- Show flexibility in adapting to changes and business priorities.

- Share knowledge and experiences with team members for the overall development of the Brand.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in the luxury retail industry.

- Proficiency in both Arabic and English.

- Experience in fine jewellery is desirable.

- Proven track record of sales and building excellent client relationships.

- Results and detail-oriented mindset.

- Excellent interpersonal skills.

- Energetic team player.

- Customer-focused with GIA qualification being desirable.
